Imo it doesn't really matter much. Marrying a prominent lady can help build relations with her family. But relationship management is pretty easy without a wife. Marriage when you are a male character is more of a nifty little thing you can do, and less of an important game mechanic. [deleted] You don't even have to talk to him, if you have high honor which boosts relations with most lords, you can marry at first sight. If honor isn't enough, do jobs for him, aid him in battles, support him in politics etc. - any way to raise relations works IIRC. I actually had around -170 honor. Pretty fearsome woman.
The first step to getting married and having kids is choosing who you want to marry. Searching through the Heroes section of the Encyclopedia—accessible by shortcut with N—is one way to find a

However I just discovered some random nobody called Peric who governs a castle for the Vlandians. He isn't a lord but there's options to marry him. This is kind of ♥♥♥♥ though and defeats the purpose of marriage if you're playing as a female. I can't marry anyone who actually has wealth or even a decent family. How Marriage Works in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord. There are special rules when it comes to marriage in Bannerlord. These rules are different for the player character and their siblings. You, the player, can marry any character of the different sex as long as they are not faction leaders, and that spouse will join your clan. This is likely because your spouse becomes considered to be a member of your clan once they marry you. Note that while you can't marry a clan leader yourself, you can offer children or siblings in marriage to them (though I imagine Rhagea will likely be dead of old age by the time you're able to consider that). #9. Basically, you can marry any unmarried lord that doesn't have an upstanding or martial personality (kind of unfortunate as they're the two best personalities, IMO) after you build your relations up with them (seems to vary with different personalities, 20 should be a safe minimum though some will accept sooner). #1. one piece Jul 4, 2015 @ 7:36am.
When I minmax, the best possible father would : - own a city. - have cunning or martial personality. - be already at odds with his monarch. - have a lot of brothers and sons, preferably cunning and martial, preferably owning castles and cities of their own. I found out you could have kids in this game and that they will look like you. Naturally, I wanted to find a good-looking wife so my children don't look like little trolls. After a bit, I found the only 2 women in Calradia whos faces didn't look like something that was scraped out of a horseshoe. One was non-viable for political reasons, so I elected to go with the other. 17 hours ago · To unify the empire in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord, follow these steps: – Control 13 imperial towns or reach 2000/2000 in conspiracy quests. – Defeat the three strongest barbarian factions. – After defeating them, the empire will become united, and other fiefs and clans will join your faction. 12. Who can you marry in Mount and Blade 2?

Should I look for lords with low controversy as well as dissatisfied? I'm currently speaking to several ladies, 2 are daughters or nord nobles and one from Veigir. Im wondering should I marry a Nord lady to hopefully get that Jarl onside when I go rebel, or should I seek to marry one from Rhodok kingdom which is quite powerful at the moment?

Knight. May 10, 2011. #16. Marriage system has a lot of potential. In it's base form, your wife could give you quests to resolve disputes between 2 lords to make the kingdom stronger, giving you renown in the process. Feasts of course were powerhouses in getting renown. There could be more quests given by your wife.
