MyAcer Aspire Es14 Turns blank/Black backlight on after the Acer Logo appears. I have tried resetting the battery with paper clip 10 seconds, rest 15 minutes charged 15 min.. It turns on successfully but after an hour turns blank again.. Tried hitting alt+f12 no recovery screen appears.. Please help..
Clickon Restart. The PC will now reboot to the Startup Settings screen. Press 4 to Enable Safe Mode as prompted. once in Safe mode, go to Device manager, click on Display adapters, right click on your VGA and choose uninstall (tick to uninstall software too). reboot normally and check if black/blank screen is fixed.
