As you play through the game make sure to periodically equip the Heart and collect any nearby Bone Charms. Hold the middle mouse button to activate it. It must be possible as after cutscenes your weapons are automatically sheathed. Anyone know how to disable it. Dishonored 2 Use Heart to Find Runes.

2. The Stealth in This Game Kind of Sucks. I know you guys are going to hate me for saying this, but what happened to the AI in this game? It feels terrible. Here is a video of a guard who literally doesn't move for several minutes. As soon as I walk down a set of stairs, he moves.

In Dishonored 1 it’s possible to kill just the targets and get the low chaos ending or at most the high chaos. Killing weepers does add to the kill count. From what I remember killing rats, blood flies or clockwork soldiers don’t add to the kill count. I believe in Dishonored 2 simply being spotted raises your chaos level but not 1. Go out onto the fourth-floor walkway and follow your Heart to find an Outsider Shrine. It's inside of one of the small buildings up there. From the fourth floor, go outside and stop.
It still functions the same way, ie giving advice, tracking runes and bonecharms. Bonecharms work like normal, you can still equip them though some obviously give you no tangible benefit since you have no powers. Runes collected simply give you money but the outsider still appears at his various shrines. You still get the timepiece, again
